You'll be exposed to a diverse spectrum of commercial real estate work and clients with various commercial needs. From corporate support and real estate finance to acquisitions and disposals, development work, and asset management for investors. The Real Estate team are experienced in all aspects of property work for a diverse range of clients. Transactions are frequently high-value and are high-profile deals in the market.
You'll be able to demonstrate excellent client service abilities and a desire to operate as part of a team in a collaborative environment. The firm is seeking someone who can remain calm and relaxed in front of clients while also recognising when to seek more expertise.
Other prerequisites include the ability to manage work to support and assist senior lawyers as needed; communicate task progress to supervisors and team members; consult and offer solutions on difficult technical client issues; and manage the billing process as required.
With 1-4 years PQE, you will be a dedicated, successful and highly regarded Real Estate lawyer with a keen interest in business development and a good sense of commercial acumen. You will likely be employed within a leading law firm and it is essential that the quality of your work speaks for itself and your standards are extremely high.
