Expert Recruits are thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a highly successful Top 20 firm to recruit a NQ (0-2 years PQE) Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team in Southampton.
Working within one of the largest and most highly rated teams in the UK you’ll be supporting clients such as developers and investors ranging from significant public bodies to FTSE 250 household names.
Day-to-day you’ll be advising on a variety of significant contentious property concerns, such as the Electronic Communications Code, landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices), and general property matters such adverse possession, easements, and title disputes.
The department works closely alongside the transactional Real Estate team where you’ll have opportunity to develop strong relationships and access to quality work from a high calibre client list.
This opportunity would suit someone that has a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law, with strong academic ability. You’ll need to have taken a seat in Property Litigation/Property Disputes and feel confident in delivering to your client’s overall objectives. You’ll collaborate and work alongside a large team, across many office locations so you’ll need strong communication skills and be able to work well independently and amongst others.
The team are growing significantly with many individuals who have come onboard joining from Legal 500 practices. The department are further looking to strengthen their already strong offering with a key hire within the team.
