Expert Recruits are delighted to be supporting an award-winning firm in their search for an enthusiastic and hardworking Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their Property Litigation Department in London.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a property litigation team with extensive experience of leasehold reform act work, an area the firm are looking for this person to specialise in. This permanent, full-time opportunity will see you joining a busy and well-established property litigation team whom are highly regarded in the market.
Day to day you’ll be involved in a busy workload;
- Informal lease extensions; statutory lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993; collective enfranchisement claims; right of first refusal claims and right to manage claims under Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
You’ll need to be highly organised and pragmatic, holding excellent communication skills with a positive can-do attitude. As a team player you’ll need to be self-confident, adaptable and flexible. You will be supporting a Partner alongside another paralegal.
You must have a law degree or appropriate legal qualification, together with real and proven interest in litigation work and in progressing your career in this area. You must have had previous experience as a Legal Executive or Paralegal in a law firm within a property litigation team.
