Expert Recruits are delighted to be supporting an award-winning Top 200 Law firm in their search for an experienced Legal Assistant.
Working amongst the busy personal injury team you’ll deliver senior level administrative support within the firms Southampton office. The personal injury team work on high-value, complex claims representing both children & adults.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Digital filing & hard copy filing
- Transcribing dictation
- Drafting letters
- Photocopying and scanning
- Assist with file opening and billing
- Assist with printing, creating documents and sending letters
As an effective and productive member of the team you’ll support more senior members with administrative tasks as required and ensure that the standards of quality and reputation of the firm are upheld.
You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive and have a positive and robust attitude with a proven track record of delivering at a very high standard. Working amongst a fantastic team you’ll engage with some interesting clients which will give you some great exposure, and the opportunity to get stuck in!
As the ideal candidate you will have knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation, court processes and efilling. You must have strong administrative and communication skills and be able to effectively deal with senior team members and clients working to the highest of standards.
