Expert Recruits are pleased to be supporting a leading aviation repair specialist company in their search for an In-house Commercial Paralegal.
The commercial paralegal will work within a busy legal team collaborating with the legal counsel and other business leaders. This role would suit somebody looking for the opportunity to progress their career with a training contract.
Supporting the legal function of the business you will be involved in drafting and reviewing documents, service level agreements and completely due diligence checks. You’ll complete general legal administration tasks to the highest of standards and have excellent communication skills to correspond to customers via emails and letters.
As the ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an in-house commercial paralegal role and hold an LPC. Experience within an aviation /engineering company is beneficial but not essential. You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive and have a positive and robust attitude with a proven track record of delivering at a very high standard.
