Expert Recruits are delighted to be supporting a Top 50 Law firm in their search for a bright and resilient Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join their Southampton team on a 12month FTC.
This Commercial Disputes Lawyer will become part of the firm’s national team who advise blue chip and FTSE clients. You’ll engage in client’s most significant and complex cases with disputes ranging from breach of contracts, IT disputes, misrepresentation, supply chain and advice on directors’ duties and much more.
As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate strong experience in specialising in this area of law. You’ll ideally have 4+ years PQE with excellent drafting skills, commercial rationality, and a strong team ethos. You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive and motivated to participate in business development with a positive and robust attitude and a proven track record of delivering at a very high standard.
